Best N scale track

I’m laying a small 3’ X6’ N scale layout and was wondering what the best track would be. I would like something with excellent reliability and as high a level of detail as I can find. I was considering handlaying track, since I only have to lay about 30 feet of it. I have seven turnouts to lay, however, and am worried that getting those to run right will be difficult, at best. I was considering Atlas code 55, but I’ve never seen it in person, So I dont know what level of detail it has. Help.

I’m also in N scale, and the best track is ATLAS and PECO. I’ve never seen the ATLAS code 55, but from what I hear, it’s great!

Like snowey I’m in N scale, and I am using Atlas. The reason I chose it was the LHS does not carry the code 55 or other brands (in stock) and I am making my purchases a little at a time, so ordering a box of flex online was out of the question. This also allows me to make “emergency buys” most days of the week, and my older rolling stock can run now (no swapping out trucks or wheel sets). I’m getting away from your question, I have seen the Atlas code 55 and it is really nice. The tie color gives a really good base to work from if you weather your track, and it seemed to have finer features like the grain pattern on the ties and smaller and sharper shaped spikes. Hope this helps you make a good decision.
