Who is the best supplier for N gaauge parts? Rivarossi, Model Power, Atlas, Con Cor?

Good question. For the brands you mentioned, you will probably have the best luck finding complete locos to part out. Occasionally eBay has parts for the older brands. Atlas only has parts for the China stuff and maybe a few things for the Kato built stuff.
