Does anyone know if there is a way to order Bev-Bel products direct? I did a Google search and found what I thought was the Bev-Bel site but I think it might actually be for Mainline Model Miniatures. I was able to do a search and find several kits that I would like to order but couldn’t figure out how to order from the site, just display inventory. If you can’t order direct does anyone know any online dealers that might have a good selection of Bev-Bel HO? Thanks.
The most recent info I have says they sell direct to dealers. I don’t see a website listed with their information. The phone # for Bev-Bel is (201)567-4557. You might give them a call and see if they recommend a dealer to purchase from.
In the past, I have ordered Bev-Bel products from Model Railway Post Office (MRPO) in Hewitt, New Jersey. Their web site is www.modelrailwaypo.com and their phone number is 800-328-6776. MRPO advertises only in Railroad Model Craftsman magazine but they don’t list any Bev-Bel products in their September 2006 advertisement. Give them a call or check their web site – I’m sure they still handle Bev-Bel.

For a while after Athearn was sold Bevbel couldn’t getbodies and they did some stuff on Lifelike cars. Just recently they started advertising some new HO stuff so mayber they have a source again/ They have a history of having lots, than little, than lots again. Also, a great many of the cars they did are now RTR Athearn.(not the same car numbers)

There are several cars by Bev/Bel/Athearn that are not available as RTR Athearn…The Ma &PA,IHB 50’ ACF boxcar-very hard to find comes readily to mind
CM Shops join Athearn as well in producing special painted cars and several of those cars are now RTR from Athearn…
I dialed the number provided but a fax machine tried to answer the phone so I don’t know if Bev-Bel is still around or not. Does anyone have an email or snail mail address for Bev-Bel? They painted up a specific series of cars that I would like to find. Thanks.
A Google search failed to turn up a web site for Bev-Bel, but their address and phone number are listed in the October 2006 issue of Railroad Model Craftsman as:

They are still in business.My LHS can get them.I know the pickings were getting low last time I ordered some.Hopefully they can still get the kits to paint up.I was told that Athearn made it harder for them to get the kits.CM shops seems to have alot more in stock on the Walthers site.Dan
