There’s no scarcity of OTR drivers…Just OTRs who don’t want to drive for scarce rates though…
Actually Braden there is quite a shortage. Too many can’t pass DOT physical with a drug test and a bunch more can’t pass the sleep apnea tests. The old guy will work but new sleep rules won’t let them. Many of the younger generation just don’t want to work, it interferes with their online gaming and “Bridge Cards” (Gov’t. handouts). Living w/ mom & dad is easier and FREE.
Must have missed the raise in pay for over the road truckers. Have the same wage as I did 14 yrs ago.
