BLI LOCO

I have seveal BLI locos that run great and sound good BUT I have
a 2-6-6-4 BLI that does not “track” worth a hoot! The leading truck especially and the fronf set of drivers will leave the track constantly at turnouts turns etc! Very frustrating as I have already “fixed” every little track variation I can find,
and all my other steam locos (a dozen +) including a Roco 2-8-8-2 track fine.
Seems to me the back end of loco has all the weight thereby letting to front come very easily, but I just don’t know at this point.
Has anybody else had a problem with this particular BLI loco.
All comments will be appreciated. (Yes I posted this on the DCC board in error earlier)

Something is not right with yours as both of mine run beautifully. Have you got the tender in the most distant hole in the drawbar? If I screw up and try to run close coupled they won’t handle 28" curves.

jmac30,
The only thing that I can suggest is to check the wheels and track are in proper gauge, try using an NMRA track guage. Also, your leading truck might be a little light, see if you can try putting a little weight on the front leading truck and see if that works. I hope this helps!
