It’s time to paint my undecorated BLI NW2. I popped the shell off last night but I’m having a little trouble seeing how to get it untethered from the decoder/circuit board - there are 4 black wires going up to the reverse light assembly which is stuck way up in the ceiling of the cab. Should I disconnect these wires from the circuit board or do I need to separate the cab from the hood and pull the reverse light assembly out, while keeping all the connections intact? This is my first time doing this and I don’t want to force something that doesn’t want to go. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I would unplug the light from the circuit board…I’ve been told that light up in the cab is just about impossible to get to…

Don,
I sure can’t get my fingers up in that cab. I’ll fiddle with it this weekend and see if I can get everything separated. Thanks for the advice.
