Where is the best place to send my BLI light Mike for service? The electronics are good but the drive train needs some parts.

I recently had to send a Santa Fe 4-8-4 back to them for out-of-warranty repair and it costs U.S. $49. You have to pay shipping to them, but the $49 includes return shipping after the item is repaired. They ask that you allow up to 8 weeks turnaround. If it’s still under warranty, it will be cheaper.
Send an e-mail to them explaining what you have, the problem, and when it was purchased.
