Superb structure to add to any layout. When is the N Scale structure going to be available ?

I have one of these on lay away, along with some other goodies. I cannot wait to install it on my layout. They are a great addition to any modern layout.

I am glad they have included the apropo time frame. Hope they get smart and include the installation template. Myself I would have preferred the slightly non scale but thicker more robust parts. Many of us that are not as young as we once were as well as dealing with health issues still love to pursue the hobby. I would have to examine one first hand to determine if I would feel comforatable ruining a 100 dollar bill for something that I might easily break. If it passes that muster I would love to add a couple of them to my layout.

I applaude BLMA for spacing the signal heads prototypically. NMRA standards are long overdue for updating.
