So, it is my BNSF Railway’s fault when a truck drives into the path of our train? Sorry. I don’t agree. Time to disband the EPA!
No Mr. Hays, all they are saying is it’s their responsibility to have the required plans in place and clean up their fuel/oil that spills…and those cases always contain civil penalties.
Two federal agencies? Isn’t one enough? I agree with Mr. Hays…disband the EPA.
The people who say “disband the EPA” really should reconsider every time they wake up without being poisoned by the air they breath or the water they drink. The statement "disband the EPA is pure pablum.
DOJ acts as the legal council for EPA and most other federal agencies.
The EPA-DOJ combination is truly scary! Kind’a like Hitler and Stalin.
