BNSF launches interactive map
Leave it to the Santa Fe to be first on doing something user friendly with the public!!!
This interactive map is the beginning of something very special. It’s another step in the right direction by the BNSF to acknowledge the railfans that conduct themselves safely and within the law and by their very presence assist with maintaining security of the railroad. As the content of this application increases, so will the level of respect the railfan community will have for the BNSF. Well done.
Needs some work.
Direction arrows not present and overlays are annoying.
I assume (and hope) that these aren’t the same developers who maintain the train dispatching application.
