Glad to see the BNSF still does this. They should use a steam locomotive though.

What if you work in San Bernardino. No train ride?

I’m sure I saw this train go past Lynxville WI last Saturday evening, 06/23/12, just a bit past sunset. At first glance the train looked like the BNSF business train with a bunch of
extra cars.

Two of the passenger cars looked like single-layer coach cars with extra-large windows. I did not see any people in these cars.

What is the designation type of these large windowed cars and where are they generally used?

Rode this train last year out of Slaton, Texas

At least BNSF still care enough about the employees to run this train. Most other Class 1 railroads wouldnt let the employees or their families near the business cars let alone take a ride on them. Thanks BNSF for your efforts with this the employees and families appreciate it!!!

Was this the first time a passenger train has called at Glendive since amtrak’s North Coast hiawatha did in October of 1979? I really enjoyed the view of the Yellowstone River along that former NP route between Glendive and Billings. Hope BNSF put a dome car on the train.
