The subject is a half dozen former BNSF SD-40-2’s most likely enroute to a new owner [Helm Financial Corp(?)] It was shot near Rison Ark on the UP which is on the former MoPac in Southern Arkansas. east of Texarkana,Ar.
The UP locomotive is a GEVO and the second unit is a CSX ES 44 AC which has had a cab replacement due to an apparent fire in the Cab(?) in 1996/97 (?):
