The ilwu won’t find much sympathy around here. Isn’t sabataging a train interfering with interstate commerce and a federal offense?
Even though it is a Federal offence to interfere with a train or damage the goods it is carrying, don;t expect the Feds to do much about it as the Justice Dept doesn’t want to make waves with Obama’s supporters. It will be up to the railroad and the civil authorities to spike the ILWU.
I’m sure ILWU members are trembling in their boots worrying about the prospect of losing the heartfelt support of of right wing railfans in Indiana.
