Featuring an MTH GE Dash 8 40C, cars by S-Helper and Town & Country, catalogs galore are flashed at the camera, I promo Classic Trains magazine’s Fast Trains special, and I open a box from Weaver Models.
**Bob…**was wondering how many hours the makeup folks have to work on you prior to the shoot to make you look acceptable. [swg]

Some very nice items in this session - makes me consider branching off into S scale - I especially appreciated the unveiling of the official BTB box opener.
For a moment there I thought that new box opener got away from the operator!
I’m glad he recovered!
I hope it was a steam locomotive in the box.[:D] Nice train box Mr. Bob!!! Keep it up I love it.
When I tried to watch it, it got cut off and I couldn’t see what was in the box from Weaver but when I moved my cursor across the video to click play, I saw what was in the box. What happened?
Thanks for letting me know - I’m re-exporting the file to IS to re-load.
Great[#dots]
A cliff-hanger[#dots]
…what if I can’t wait til the next episode?
Please Stand By … our IS technicians are working to resolve the problem … (insert static sound here)
If your IS department can’t fix it - try that new box opener on their file server.
Looks to me like that thing could fix most any problem with a good swing! Are those for sale on TRAINS.COM website?
Let me give a tip 'o the hat to Keith Bauer in our IS shop who was able to balance a ton of “must be done now” stuff and still tweak and upload the uncorrupted file late on a Friday afternoon!
Yup, it works. Nice cars! I wish I had some of those in PRR.
Nice passenger consist from Weaver, but isn’t it a bit suspicious that they send a set in NYC colors? Hmmmmm…[:-^] [swg]
Don’t worry, when I’m done shooting them for the mag, they’ll go home to Pennsylvania!
Heh heh. BK said diaphram.[:I]
But seriously, on the shameless self-promotion thingie, The Mother Ship emailed me an offer to buy both TRAINS and CLASSIS TRAINS for $49.99. I almost pulled the trigger, until I realized it wasn’t TRAINS plus CLASSIC TOY TRAINS. I would, however, pull the trigger on that tandem. Howzabout bumpin’ that one up to the suits…
That actually surprised me, too (I"m on the TR and CT newsletter lists) so I suggested to the boss that we might want to see if The Powers That Be would let us team up with Classic Trains …
Those were nice NYC passenger cars in the box behind Bob. I always loved that style.
