Love BTB. I hate getting Model Railroading emails. I have unsubscribed in my account many times. I sent a nice note to customer support. I sent a nasty note to customer support. I give up. I will cancel my subscription to CTT if you can’t get this squared away. Bob sorry to bother you about this, but I can’t get no satisfaction from customer support. I guess I’ll have to send a nasty note to Carl as well. This should not have to be this hard.
