im not connected with rr-ing, but just guessing, no… this is confidential between shipper-receiver and the r.r… you can visit many r.r. sites and there are logins for customers to track their goods; for workers to track issues that interest them; stockholders; safety groups, etc… the only data, spotty as it must be, will come from posts to sites like this, and only for general sightings as unit trains, new runs, special consists, new locos/locos out-of-area, etc…
