Imagine if the railroads got this excited to use their equipment to promote themselves! EEC, SIRD, NOKL tell the public nothing. CSX and NS not that much more.
As Cam points out, you better look for it quickly for the vandals will tag it. I believe it was Portland & Western (Willamette & Pacific) that painted one chip car each in the colors of University of Oregon and Oregon State. Both were vandalized.
If we can send a man to the moon, surely we can (and have) developed an anti graffiti coating for applications like this.
Amen Mr. Holmes. If someone throws trash in my yard I pick it up for the good of the community. Somewhere along the way the railroads opted out of being a good corporate citizen when it comes to graffiti.
