The Ozark Miniatures #0041 brake hose assembly, how do I put them together? I can not find a photo.

ok from what I can get off the picture ( I haven’t had any myself yet)
45 degree fitting goes on the car and into one end of hose. the Gladhand fitting on the other end of the hose. I have no Idea what the 4th piece is though. Hopefully someone that’s had some of these can tell.
