20 years! Who would have thought? Glad to see it is still going strong.
Scenic is a description I would not advertise. The last two times we rode this train, the trees and other plant life blocked our view, except the time spent on the trestle.
Regular ride is great, but the Polar Express there was fantastic. So thankful ridership is keeping BSR up and running. Congratulations on 20 yrs and Godspeed
Rode the Branson line (the segment going northwest) bck in the mid-90s. Our trip was pulled by a F-unit numbered 91 or 92, I believe. I think they were ex-MARC units I had seen in Maryland a couple years earlier. Can anyone confirm if Branson had ex-MARC Fs at one time and what might have happened to them if it did have them.
Got to see 98 over the last few days. It looks great in person too. The GP30 isn’t back yet. They are using a MNA geep for now on the other end.
