I was looking at the talent DMU by brawa, and man, that is one fine piece of work!!! Looks great! I am looking to buy it soon. Has anyone have seen this run, or have one??? I’ve got three Talent DMUs by Brawa - two in DB livery and one in Connex livery - and they are great models and real smooth runners. I’ve also seen and been a passenger in a full-size Talent in Germany - the model replicates all the features of the original - all they need to do is bring out a sound decoder for the Talent and I would be a real happy bunny!!
Last year I got a Brawa DR 4-4-4 steam locomotive w/dcc & sound and that is a fantastic model - the loco is a great hauler and the sound is great. So my recommendation would be to go ahead and purchase the Brawa model. Brawa models maybe a little more expensive than other maker’s models but you get what you pay for.

Thanks. As for the sound… At www.eurolokshop.com they sell a Loksound v3.5 sound decoder for the talent DMU. ENJOY!!! ( I already put my order in for the talent, and will order the sound decoder within a few days )

OK, I ordered it today, it should arrive in a week. I will try and post a review of it after putting it through testing. Also ordered the decoder yesterday. ( sound )
