Broadway Limited 2-10-2's

Broadway LImited has announced the 3800 class Santa Fe 2-10-2’s to be imported, including the 3829, a one of a kind 2-10-4. In fact, the 3829 was the first 2-10-4 built and looks just like a 3800 class except for the trailing truck. This is a model that Santa Fe fans will love to the max and enjoy.
Broadway also announced more Cab Forwards with additional features will be coming in. The Cab Forwards have sold out in many places and BLI is bringing in more.

What do you think about the Santa Fe 2-10-2’s and the amount of engines that BLI is bringing in? Are they bringing in too many too close together for us to buy?

Actually, I’d like to be able to buy a model whenever I like instead of the limited run merry-go-round we are typically subjected to so I’m glad to hear that BLI is delivering. Now, if it were only an accurate U.P. 2-10-2, I would be even happier. A 4-12-2 would make me ecstatic and, while I’m dreaming, a 4-10-2 would also be great.

That engine I may buy in a undecorated (Painted form)

But the Western Maryland Potomac 4-8-4 will see a eager customer! I would hope the demand for this engine will at least pay the costs of production. I see these engines in brand new brass and they are about $1000- to 1200- I suspect BLI can do a fine job for less than half that.
