Red Line is the “heavy rail” line that goes to the Airport. East-west line.
The Blue and Green line use Breda LRV’s and are the old Shaker system with an extention now downtown to the Riverfront area.
Who manufactured the heavy-rail Cleveland Red Line cars?
First cars (1955 or so) were from St. Louis (orders of single cars and married pairs); then the “Airporter” cars (all singles) came from Pullman-Standard. Current fleet is Tokyu car. Art
