Neither is the Moose Bay Transit Authority, but on a per-mile basis, it took a lot longer.
What I loved was the Noo Yawkese, sandhogs. That Manhattan Schist they were blasting isn’t sand. More like ceramic armor! (Trust me, I know whereof I speak…)
Not obvious in the video - they are doing this right under the two levels of existing GCT tracks and one of the busiest buildings in Manhattan.
