Building the actual benchwork and frame

Ok as some of you know I have a website that I use to try to help people out with. Well I finally got the wood for the frame and bench work. I show how to build it etc.
Pictures and info are on my website.
I am slowly trying to build a whole course on this for whoever wants it. As I progress I will try to do my best to instruct the newcomer and help whoever I can, if I can. I simply want newbies to get as much enjoyment out of this hobby as I have over the last 40 years.
Please have fun and enjoy.
As usual everything there is free.

Enjoy

Well I cab see there is a huge interest in starting benchwork here LOL.
Oh well, I will post the progress on other forums then, no problem. [:)]
No sense wasting anyones time here with this.
Be well. [:)]

I just don’t think the right people have seen it. I don’t think many people were on yesterday because it was a holiday.

ah ok I forgot that you guys had a holiday in the states. LOL

Yep, I notice too that the forum is kind of quiet lately, and maybe many are also busy attending the NMRA convention this week.

I too am keeping a running update on my website with the layout progress, however, I find most people get more excited when you have some finished scenery to show off.

Keep up the great work on your web site!

I’m close to starting my benchwork --picked up a Craftsman miter saw on sale at Sears the other day just for that purpose. My layout is (at least to begin with) very small, so hopefully I won’t need elaborate benchwork. I’m going to check out your site when I get the chance. Thanks.

letsgored I recently redid that webpage and made it more understandable [I hope] and also added about 30 more pictures as well.

I hope the new page makes things easier for you guys.
See you guys on the ‘other’ side.
