I bought the Busch Sunflowers Kit and the instructions are in German! I am really struggeling to attach the tiny yellow parts of the sunflowers to the stems. I have tried hobby cement glue and also tried popping them on. No luck. Has anyone out there done this successfully and have any good advice? Help!
I dont have sunflowers, but I do have some tulips. Looked pretty simple to me, do you have magnifiers? I can’t do anything without them, makes just about any job easier. Also tweezers are helpful. Any type of superglue should do the trick, I like the stuff you can get from WalMart that has a built in brush in the top. Also, Balsa USA makes a very fine superglue. You may need to sand some parts or drill out some holes so they fit together easier. Hope some of this may help, and have fun.
I have several Busch items on my layout and the trick is a magnifying glass and glue. I use the Faller glue as I do with all my models. Just place a little bit on the end of the stem and snap the sunflower in place with tweezers. It takes a little time at first but after a while you will get the trick and will be zipping thru the box quickly. After all the sunflowers are on the stems, then plant either into the soil or stands that come with the kit.

Thanks to both of you! It worked! I can’t believe how small they were! But job completed! Only now I realize that 60 sunflowers does not go as far as I thought. Looks like I will be buying more sunflowers and installing a mirror.
