Business Week magazine yesterday (October 7th) had a good summary of the status of HSR, with some $883M federal money already allocated to six out of 13 projects, with the Chicago to St. Louis passenger service shovel-ready, and with California adding some $10B to the federal allocation. But UP (obviously) is not happy with the CA plan to use its ROW.
