Two drawings have been published by the hobby press: one in the Steam Locomotive Cyclopedia, and one in the 11/1998 issue of Craftsman.
I’m sure that the Chicago Historical Society has a full set of plans as well. Likely too the C&NWHS.

The June 1948 Model Railroader had drawings, and there is a rather crude equipment diagram (but with lots of measurements) in Patrick Dorin’s book Chicago and North Western Power.
It appears the drawing in Dorin’s book is of the somewhat altered version that the CNW rebuilt for the 1948 Railroad Fair and its own centenary, and which remains on display.
