Two Photos of the crash of the NITCD South Shore Line Interurban railroad. Laborday weekend 2006.

Passenger was on passing siding. Passenger was West bound to left. Collision was at the converence onto the main line.

From East of Gary (Miller) to South Bend (Airport) Indiana The South Shore is single track approx 60 miles.

106 was lead car (Motorman’s).

It was recently referbushed and renumbered.
