could I use the MINI-LOOP APPLICATOR or the MICRO GLUE APPLICATOR from Micro-Mark to apply this? I have the thick, gap-filling kind.
Just use a toothpick or other disposable object. A large-eyed sewing needle would probably be a better idea, because, one the CA dries on it, you can soak it in acetone/nail polish remover to remove the old CA and you wouldn’t need to throw it away.
