CA: Toddlers found on Metrolink tracks

This is completely irresponsible on part of the adults at the day care. These kids should have had complete supervision.

Anaheim, Calif. (AP) –

State regulators have launched an investigation of a Southern California day care center after two toddlers were found on railroad tracks near the facility.

The Orange County Register reports Tuesday that the 2-year-old boys went missing from the Anaheim YMCA Children’s Station on Thursday during group playtime.

Neighbors spotted the children and called police, who returned them to the center unharmed.

Can you even imagine the nightmare this would have been for some poor train crew? Having to live with such a thing? God Bless the neighbors that called in, and if it was one of my kids, the cops would have been called again when I got to the daycare.

One shortline near me did the usual weedkiller spray thing along the tracks.
