Paul,…I’ve been “there” and done “that”:
…in a former Southern Pacific bay-window caboose in Dunsmuir, CA, about a year ago. Got to do it again soon.

Gee, Paul, I would have thought my photo would help change your wife’s mind.

Now that would be one helluva guest house! Or, for that matter, a camper, so long as you can get it to the camp ground of choice, and it’s there permenently. Have it mounted to a 40ft gooseneck, you would need a dually pick up with diesel power to haul it around but that would make it portable. Watch out for bridges though [%-)].
