Caboose C-O-N spercy

Ok, So I have my U.P. Main with Iowa Interstate and KCS as the branch/interchange lines. I bought three Proto 2000 GP’s in the KCS and IS - love them, look great, sound great. BUT, why, WHY can’t Walthers make a caboose for them!!! Make it a nice package deal as an option? This is very frustrating figuring out what to do. Where/who makes cabooses for KSC and IS???

IS?

This might be a silly question, but since the IAIS is a modern creation, does it even have any cabooses?

have you looked at Atlas? They’ve made cabeece for smaller lines, including IHB.

Athearn made a KCS Bay Window, it’s now discontinued. I don;t know if the scheme is right

Dave: Yes it does. I went and looked them up to see what an IAIS Cab looked like. They’re rustuing, windos plated, and in an SF red color. Probably more like Transfers than actual caboose duty

I’m looking for an IC caboose. The only IC loco I have is an Athearn Genisis standard cab SD70.However,FREDs have been banned from my railroad, therefore ALL freight trains MUST have cabooses!
