UPTRAIN.
I like your pic,my comment is this,is the owner looking for a lawsuit? Looks like a good waiting to be filed to me,
second,is this in a redneck neighborhood ?

LOL.

I dont get where you would get a lawsuit from?!?!

It is definately not in the rich part of town…or in town for that matter, looks like the fricken desert or something.

The story of every railraod UP absorbes…[:(!]

The law suit would come from safety issues ,I can see several just at a glance, but I realize its probly not finished yet, however I have seen people living in just such things…

I view an “apartment” ( I use that word for lack of nothing better ) once that was litterally a storage shed set upon a man’s house. I kid you not. It had stairs (another poor use of words) somewhat like a ladder then a “walkway” (again, poor use of words) that was more like a plank with a few cross boards of 1 by 1s. This way about 10 years ago and it was out in the county. The city would have never allowed such a contraption to happen. And believe it or not the man wanted $250 a month to climb up on his house to get to “your” apartment. IF I can still find the place and get a photo, that is if it is still there, I will do so.

The perfect “mother-in-law” apartment - unsafe at any speed.
