For those who are interested, with only 23.5% of the precints reporting so far, the high speed rail bond is currently failing by a vote of 48.5% yes and 51.5% no. Earlier it was 45% yes and 55% no. Maybe there is a chance.
Looks like the tables are turning. Currently the results are 50.8% yes and 49.2% no. Its late here so I am going to turn in tonight so I will update this in the morning.
