California’s Metrolink lights 20 candles
Happy birthday Metrolink!!! Yes ,there is room for improvemant like more trains and more service, especially on weekends. Of course SoCal is still wedded to more roads, more lanes on freeways. I wish SoCal can see the light and allow Metrolink to expand.
It’s a first class ride around Southern California, although some recommend not riding in the first car while the train is moving in the push mode.
Happy Birthday, a good news story (although I thought there would be more riders by now) on LA rail.

I recall riding Metrolink’s first regular service train out of Moorpark on October 26, 1992 that morning.
