I have an old Campbell Scale Models Switch Template. I’d like to make a copy that is “flipped” so the curve or diverging line is of the other hand. My scanner does not copy to identical size. Other than tracing this onto another piece of paper, is there any templates on line or suggestion on how to get the right size? I am using an HP scanner and the scan is reduced slightly in pdf form. Thanks for any suggestions.
Central valley and Fast trax has templates online for download.

Make sure your printer is set for 100%.

Thanks for the help
Or, if you actually want a copy of this specific template, go to a neighborhood copy shop or Kinko’s etc., they can certainly do the reversed or mirror-image copy, and it’s gonna be quite cheap for just one item.

Assuming you are scanning to a computer, you should be able to adjust the size in the computer, at least in the printing process, if not before using some imaging app. I am not familiar with HP scanners, but it seems odd that you cannot scan full size. Have you checked all your scanning preferences and settings? Sometimes we miss some obscure setting that would solve the problem (I certainly have!).
