Better pictures of the ends would help, but it looks like Life-Likes Power-Lok track to me. Go to a LHS that stocks Power-Lok track and compare it it to what you have.

They do look like HO gauge Life-Like Power-Loc tracks.
From my point of view, I believe it to be Life-Like from the way the ends are made. That is what I started with but when I expanded the train I went to Atlas. Hope this helps. Mike
Life-Like PowerLok with black roadbed and steel rail. I have a bunch of it around here somewhere that I bought years ago. I found Bachmann nickel silver EZ-Track to be far superior to it.
