…In CSX’s roster. There are no locomotives between 173 and 201, which is the middle of the CW4400AC roster.

CSX’s active roster and CSX’s AC4400CW roster.

173 has standard Hi-Ad trucks (aka Rollerblades)
201 is the first AC4400CW with Radial Steer trucks
CSX wanted to put the locomotives with Radial Steer trucks in a different series for ease of identification
so the locomotive that would have been numbered 174 was instead numbered 201. All higher numbered AC4400CWs have radial steer trucks.
