Can anyone find mention of railroads in this countys long range tranportation plan?

Cause I sure had trouble finding it…Plenty of stuff for roads but nothing for railroads

I suggest you contact them and pointout that oversight.

I found rail - it’s listed as one of their alternatives. The site doesn’t offer much detail of any sort right now - hard to decide what they know, etc.

Instead of wading through their site, I watched their Flash intro. Seems they’re all about cars. And dogs.

Our Warren County in the NY does mention Amtrak as a current transportation resource & also an extension to an existing tourist railroad. No mention of dogs.

Dogs will sell a product. Put a puppy in it mix and you’ve got a winner, no matter how bad the product or idea is.

My prediction: The coming election will be decided by the 527 group that first features their favorite candidate with a puppy.

When it comes to 4 letter words…Plan

Railroads are not thought of because, except for commuter rail service, they are a private industry…out of sight and out of mind.
