Can anyone identify these boxcars?

I have these boxcars, they were probably made in the 40s or 50s. They are fully metal no plastic at all besides the new couplers I put on it. It has sprung trucks on it. The other three are a Canadian national 40 foot, a southern 40 foot and a CB&Q 40 foot which has varney style plastic couplers.

Model Die Casting, or more commonly referred to as MDC, or even more commonly referred to as their later name, Roundhouse. They originally offered all their cars (per their name) made out of die-cast metal. Later they switched it over to all plastic. I wasn’t able to find a CN car, but the Milwaukee Road car appears illustrated in their 1953 catalog. The Southern & Burlington are listed as roadnames available the same year.

I dunno, Mr. Sossong, i dunno.
(I am his friend, dont worry-)

The kits would have come with MDC’s all die-cast operating knuckle couplers, although most of the ones I have seen have not had these installed. I have only seen about 6 with these couplers (4 of which I own), and the rest have had either Varney dummy knuckles or horn hooks installed (the Varney couplers appearing to be more common).

My friend (the creator of this post) has an amazing layout in progress, way better than my completed one. It’s amazing to see the progress he’s made over the years.

Are the knuckle couplers the metal ones with the straight brakehoses
