Can anyone identify this crane? I know it was owned by Beaufort and Morehead, but what would the make and model be?

Boston & Maine sounds better to me also. The crane looks like an older model that had an open cab. Given Maine’s weather, they probably built the cab in their shops to protect the crew - it sure dosen’t look like a manufacturers cab from the early 1900’s - they made things to “look” right as well as operate right!
