Can not Log into Trains Unlimited and paid the $80.00 plus and Nothing 35 days

The first week of December 2025 I paid for the unlimited and got no Free nothing even after logging in It says Hello Daniel Sign in and no matter what I click on it says I need unlimited access.
IS THE UNLIMITED a joke what’s going on that’s 3-1/2 years that I haven’t been able to log in to anything but the forums.
considering I have every issue of model railroader magazine except for the 3 years I was in Viet Nam 3 time from 1969-1971 and the first 18 years of MMRR as I was to young to subscribe you would think the web site would recognize me by now.
I’m not big on complaining what do I need ???

Cannot solve your Trains Unlimited issue, but just wanted to say, thank you for your service. Three tours of duty in Nam. Wow! A patriot and a model railroader. They don’t come any better.

I am having the same problem. I cannot access Trains.com. I have tried to reset my password numerous times with the same result. It either doesn’t recognize my credentials or keeps sending me back to the login page.

After all of the troubles that I have had on the Kalmbach forums over the last few years, this new forum is pure pleasure. I have no problem accessing Trains.com or any other site on these forums.

The new Forums are great Now they need to fix their Trains Unlimited so it remembers people. It said it took $80.00+ I was suppose to get a free Hat and 30 day trial I got nothing. They took my money and didn’t even give me as much as a receipt E-Mail.
