Yes. Track brand and code don’t really matter in terms of compatibility with DCC, although some brands of turnouts are not DCC friendly and can lead to shorts.

The only warning is what Mark mentioned earlier. Some turnouts are not “DCC Friendly” and can lead to shorts if you’re not careful about how they are wired. I think all Atlas turnouts are DCC-friendly, though.
