That is great news… but I heard the bridge into Victoria was removed. It it going to be rebuild, or will the train once operating, begin outside of the city? Either way, the only way this train will be viable is running from downtown. If they are looking at anything else, for get it! People wont ride it.

I think the reason for the double and triple comments is that it takes the server so long to respond when you click Submit, people think nothing happened and click it again. Perhaps the Kalmbach techie gurus should look into this.
