Way to go E Hunter Harrison! He is the greatest turn around railroad executive in modern times. His third major railroad in a row. What a dramatic turn around in the operating ratio! I remember all the experts who said Canadian Pacific was different and he would not be able to make it happen. I can only dream what he could do with Amtrak!
The other end of the equation with the astounding numbers Canadian Pacific has achieved under Mr.Harrison’s stewardship is a new milestone. Of sorts.
His compensation package for 2013 exceeded $49 million dollars !

Glad to hear this, but what is the “adjusted” operating ratio? Obviously a much lower number than simply expenses divided by revenues
