Cannon Walkway tread Kits

For anyone who has used these, how well do they fit? I am looking at one for the Athearn SW1500 RTR.

I am thinking I can retro fit them to one that is already painted with some careful masking once the body is off and the handrails are off. This is the only thing missing on this model that really stands out.

I used one on a Walthers GP15 6 years ago and it was a great fit. I used ACC to glue the pieces down.

I did receive the kit to do my Athearn SW1000 last week but I won’t get to it for another week or two. It looks like everything will fit as it should. I am also installing a Smokey Valley brass handrail kit.
