Can't get the wistle to sound?

I have the digatrax zepher. With aProto 2000 Gp 30.with a DH163LO decoder in it.how do you program the wistle to sound.and the bell to sound also.thanks Barent

You don’t have a sound decoder installed. The DH163LO is a Digitrax decoder…Digitrax doesn’t make sound decoders. You would need a Soundtraxx(or similar ) decoder and speaker(s) installed. Dave
