i am using a ho scale sounder in n scale in a trailing boxcar, the sound sometimes cuts out i was wondering about a capacitor. it on dcc.
wow, thats complicated. nothing is ever simple, and if it is you did it wrong.
How many wheel pick up do you have on the box car? You could try adding some of those bronze pick ups that Micro Mark sells to try and stop power interruptions.
i have only two, but now that i think about it i should have four. i also purchased fox valley wheels for this purpose also. hey is it just me or do the fox valley wheels fit very loosely in micro trains trucks!
I don’t know about N scale, but it’s a crap shoot in HO trying to get after market axles to fit properly. Companies make wheel sets with all different axle lengths if we want to measure every truck and order the proper axle.
