It looked to me like that clip was shot somewhere in Europe. If so, guess they make 'em just dumb and stupid over there!
It said it was a video response to Luckiest Guys Ever, I would say the person in that car qualifies.
The video is shot in Netherlands, obvously done on purpose to see if engineer would dump the air.
