Hi and welcome.
Basically all of the same components exist in N scale. In my case, I just hot-glued some N scale track to a board including an Atlas Code 80 rerailer track. I use the Micro-Trains N coupler height gauge (#988 00 031). A lot of metal gauges are conductive, so you’ll want to cut gaps at the ends of the track to avoid shorting.
I also have a plastic pocket on the board to hold an NMRA N scale gauge.
I actually have two tracks on my board, the other track I have used as a programming track for DCC. A terminal block hot-glued to the board allows for electrical connections to the two tracks. Re-railers on both tracks are handy for placing cars on the rails quickly.
